A previous site had existed for a number of years as static-HTML without form validation or any type of automated processes. The new site maintained a navigational interface that read top-to-bottom, left-to-right- with menus using graphics dynamically controlled through the Content Management System with active and hover states. Easy content management was afforded through front-end admin login and the whole site employs human-readable semantic URL re-writing.
